My son's 3rd grade class made a field trip to Veteran's Park in Palm Bay, Florida. Here's a group shot of Mrs. Kaylor's class.
I arrived earlier and built up a castle for everyone to see. What a beautiful day!
Once the groups arrived on the scene, I gave a quick "how to" and let 'em loose. Soon a contest was announced. A "Boys against the Girls" competition! Here's the girls in action, working feverishly on their sandy creations.
