Writing Ministry

By no means is this the "exhaustive" list of my writing work, but these are some of my favorites. Primarily Christian in theme, I write to encourage and exhort the teenagers and young adults that God has brought into my life. Maybe you'll find encouragement here too.

Short Stories

	The Rescue	A story with a 10 month pause in it. (Not that I planned it that way... it's just that I didn't know how to get my character out of the jam I put him in! But with prayer, and waiting on God (Just like He did with The Ride and He Holds My Hand) an ending was born.)
	The Tree	One of my first, and most commented on stories.
	He Holds My Hand	I wrote my character into a corner on this one, and learned a lot about myself in the process. Lord, give me a heart like Hugh's...
	The Ride	I actually gave an entire chapel message based on this story! I still have students who talk about it.  :)
	The Swing	How does fear shape your life?
	The Object	Are prayers to God influenced by special objects? Or people's hearts?
	The Dock	Perhaps my most "autobiographical" story. You see, I once was a Rick Cager...
